A huge TV Screen has been set up at Derby Market Place. This appears to be a vain attempt to hide one our worst buildings in this grubby little corner of the city. It's hard to believe that a fine Georgian building once occupied this spot. Let;s hope that the council uses this screen wisely! though given the incompetence of our city fathers this is highly unlikely! |

The Eagle Centre's architecturally disastrous Grey Box now dominates the city from almost all angles. No matter what Westfield has to say about the best aspects of their new centre, it will always be dominated by this incredibly ill conceived addition to the building. |
